strength from God's boundless power, personal willpower, rely on god for inner empowerment, to withstand trials and fight spiritual battles, focus on faith prayer and daily devotion, forgetting past mistakes, looking towards the future, laid hold of Christ, looking forward to a glorious future with Christ, don't look back at your sinful experience with Satan, too many of us still live in the past, leave all negative baggage behind, move forward to the wonderful stuff Jesus offers, urging individuals to release past mistakes regrets or achievements, focus on future goals and spiritual growth, a proactive forward looking attitude, pressing on toward a higher purpose, actively discard the negative past, change your behaviour by changing your mindset, as a man thinks in his heart so is he, we become what we think, one's internal mental and emotional state ultimately manifests outwardly, the importance of managing thoughts, maintaining integrity over mere outward appearances, what comes out of a man defiles him, spiritually impure, reignite a passion in our hearts for Christ
