Today’s Scrip-Bit 1 June 2007 2 Timothy 4: 17-18

Greetings & Salutations!

I was not going to send any bit’s today since I’d just sent a whole lot of other Godly stuff, but the Good Lord looked at me with a thoughtful frown, shook his head and quietly asked, "So it’s okay to send a lot of dirty jokes and other nonsense, but if it has anything to do with me, then you can only send a couple?"  We all know the answer to that…NO! So here goes!

2 Timothy 4: 17-18.

Notwithstanding, the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me; that by me, the preaching might be fully known, and that all the Gentiles might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion.

And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen!

If we put our trust in the Lord, we will be able to say exactly what Paul wrote to Timothy.
