Why art thou cast down, O my soul? And why art thou disquieted within me? Hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.
Even when David was sad and miserable he encouraged himself in his God. It is, especially in those dark, sorrowful moments when we need some comfort and reassurance that we need to turn to God. Ask for his assistance, praise him and acknowledge his majesty over our lives. Much LOVE!
