Today’s Scrip-Bit 20 July 2007 Isaiah 12:1-3

Isaiah 12: 1-3.
And in that day thou shalt say, O Lord, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedest me. Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid: for the Lord JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

What a merciful, bountiful God we have eh! He never stays angry with us, and even when He is, He still comforts and strengthens us, in spite of His dissatisfaction. So why shouldn’t we love and trust Him? He has also provided salvation throughout eternity for us hopeless sinners. Who else is as mighty and merciful as our God?  NOBODY!  So let us turn to Him in all honesty and truth, so that with endless joy we may draw water from the endless well of salvation that He’s provided for those who love him! Much Love!
