Isaiah 1: 18-20.
Come now and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat of the good of the land. But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword; for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.
Our god is truly marvellous! He sits and reasons with us. Any other of the so-called gods would just wipe us out without batting an eyelash. But not our God. He is so loving, kind and forgiving that He keeps on working on us even though we are such stubborn, hard-hearted children. But even He, has His limilts, and He spells it out clearly. If you walk in My way, then you’ll enjoy a good and fruitful life. If you don’t, hn! "Then crapaud smoke yuh pipe!" (Smile) That’s just a Southern Caribbean term meaning you’re going to pay the price, and a high one at that. Friends, let us wake up and heed His call nuh. How many more will have to be devoured by the sword – and thousands are being literally devoured daily – before we realize that we’re heading for a serious fall and soon, mighty soon people, everything going CRASH!
